Ingredients to make White Clam Sauce Linguini
8 ounces linguine
2 (10 ounce) cans whole baby clams *
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, minced
3-4 anchovies, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chicken broth **
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions to make White Clam Sauce Linguini
Step 1:
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3:
Drain the partially cooked linguine to the sauce. Add the reserved clams
Step 4:
Remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley.
